How to Schedule a Telemedicine Appointment
Step 1: | To schedule, call us at (727) 441-3588 and ask for a virtual appointment. Our scheduling team will determine if your health issues/concerns qualify for a telemedicine visit or if an in-office appointment is required. |
Step 2: | 1-3 days prior to your appointment, ENT Associates will send you an email with a link to complete and submit the required intake forms, and for payment collection. |
Step 3: | The day before your appointment, a member of our clinical staff will contact you to review your current medications. |
How to Connect to your Telemedicine Appointment
Step 1: | The day of your appointment, ENT Associates will send you an email with a link to connect to the physician for your telemedicine visit. Please ensure your Internet Browser is compatible. Supported browsers include Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari as well as mobile device OS Android and Apple iOS. Internet Explorer is NOT supported. |
Step 2: | A few minutes prior to your appointment time, click on the link to connect you to your physician’s “virtual waiting room.” |
Step 3: | Follow the instructions to check-in to the virtual waiting room. When complete, the system will alert the physician that you are now ready for your telemedicine visit. The physician will join the visit and evaluate and treat your condition. In some cases, it may be necessary for the physician to schedule you to come in for an in-person office visit. |
NOTE: As with an in-person appointment, it may take a few minutes before your provider is ready to see you. Don’t worry, the system is working. We simply ask for your patience as your provider concludes a preceding appointment and prepares for yours.
